I am at ODU as a Nursing Major and thrive to be a nurse practitioner in Cardiology. I first started gaining interest in Cardiology, from working in the cardiac unit at Mary Immaculate hospital. I started pursuing it because a lot of my family members have heart issues or were born with heart issues. I also had many family members die from heart issues or vascular issues. I have at least three years of in field experience and have many medical volunteers hours as well.
