The definition of violence varies by each person. Cartoons are fun shows but can be considered violent. What are the limits that kids cannot watch? Too many cuss words? Guns? Fighting such as karate or fight scenes?

Violent media can make kids more aggressive, less caring, and scared. I believe it is a good idea to limit what violent stuff kids watch, but not to remove it completely. Parents should pick safe shows, guide kids when they watch, and suggest other fun activities that help them grow well. Overall, parents are the guideline that kids follow, but as children grow they are responsible for their own choices. Learning right from wrong and knowing the difference between TV and real life is different. Removing violence completely is unrealistic and can shelter them from the scary items that exist in today’s world.
