I describe why I chose my organization, the learning goals I set, and how the internship started, including my first impressions and training process. I also explain the management environment, my major projects and responsibilities, and how I applied and developed cybersecurity skills on the job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The paper connects my internship experience to my coursework at ODU, showing where my classes prepared me well and where I learned new skills on the job. I reflect on my original learning objectives, the most motivating, challenging, and discouraging parts of the experience, and offer advice for future interns.
