Hi, my name is Javier Palacios, and I’m a Sports Management major at Old Dominion University. Ever since I can remember, sports have been more than just a game to me—they’ve been a passion, a community, and a driving force in my life. My goal is to make a meaningful impact in the sports industry by combining that passion with hands-on experience and strong leadership. At ODU, I’ve had the opportunity to work with the Operations team and contribute to the ODU Football Video department, where I’ve gained valuable insight into the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. These roles have helped me build a solid foundation and fuel my ambition to grow within the sports world. I’m excited for what’s ahead and ready to take the next steps toward a career where I can help elevate athletes, teams, and the fan experience!
