The purpose of this project is to introduce you to the benefits of <strong>Tabata<\/strong> workouts! Tabata workouts are high intensity workouts designed to <em>save you time<\/em> but give you the<em> same or better results<\/em> than traditional workout regimens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why should you try Tabata? Tabata is a type of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) named after Izumi Tabata of Japan. It has become popular all over America due to the shorter time period that it takes to accomplish a higher heart rate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are a beginner, you should start with a lower intensity for a period of time.
