Part 2: Apply to your Dream Job –  50 points

  1. Think about the job postings you submitted for Part 1, and the knowledge, skills, and abilities you’ll need.  Did these jobs match what you had in mind for your dream job? Did you find your dream job? Describe the similarities and differences. Yes, the jobs I found matched my dream job. The differences are really just what I am fixing rather one job is just me doing ankles and knees or working with only or even only teenage athletes. Overall, they all fall under my dream career which is orthopedic doctor in some form.

From the 3 job postings you found, choose one job you want the most, and use the list of skills required for the job of interest. Identify skills you already have and identify skills you are still building or need more experience performing. Discuss options to sharpen or learn the skills you will need to gain. If I had to pick a job it would 100% be a job listing one. It is realistic to my work lifestyle and I like the skills because they are manageable and fit who I am as a person, determined and want to thrive to be the best doctor. The only skill I need to focus on and learn more while I’m in college as a freshman is Strong clinical and procedural skills in trauma care.
