It has become apparent the more technology advances the more pros and cons that come with it. A problem that has been brought up with technology advances is workplace deviance. Workplace deviance can be accomplished in many ways. For example, a cybersecurity specialist is hired by a company that has recently experienced a breakthrough in their system. The specialist comes in and patches up the faults in the company’s network, but he also leaves a code to reinstate the faults in the system so the company always has to pay them and they always have a job. This is one example of how cyber technology has created workplace deviance.
