When I think about my ePortfolio, my main goal is to use it as a professional space that highlights my growth at ODU and my future career goals in cybersecurity. I actually created it last year but didn’t use it, so this time I want to keep it updated and make it more useful. The easiest part of setting it up was the About Me page, since that was really simple to write and I didn’t run into any issues. The harder part has been sticking with it and figuring out how to keep adding content over time. Even though I haven’t used my ePortfolio much yet, I feel more confident knowing that I now have an online presence I can build on. It’s something I can share with professors, potential employers, or internship coordinators to show more than just my résumé — it can actually display my skills, projects, and progress. My main questions moving forward are about what types of projects would be the most valuable to include, how often I should update the site, and what design features would make it stand out while still looking professional.
