When coming into cell biology, I knew that the process of making ATP was fairly important, but I was not prepared to take a deep dive into photosynthesis, the Krebs cycle, and glycolysis back to back! The reason why I chose this meme in particular is because it perfectly fits the before and after version of myself post exam. I went into the exam feeling extremely confident in every part of the cycle and once I opened the exam, it was like I had my memory swiped completely. Honestly, that explains how I feel on most exams I take. In preparation for future exams, I have had to draw diagrams or quiz myself multiple times to ensure that I know not just an answer to a question but why processes happen in the first place.

The meme displayed here demonstrates the frustration that many of us students go through when learning about the different cycles within our metabolism.
