My current declared major is Medical Laboratory Science, though I am also considering switching to Cytology!

Both Cytology and Medical Laboratory Science appeal to me for many reasons. Both would involve me doing mostly laboratory work, and since I have always enjoyed labs in my science class, this would be more than welcome. In addition, I’d be able to help people without needing to have direct interactions with them. Being behind the scenes, helping people be healthy, would be wonderful.

While I don’t have any specific experience in this field myself, I have been incredibly interested in so many parts of them. I have been researching and teaching myself all about these fields, and everything I learn makes me even more determined to work in that field.
