The principles of science are guidelines that all scientists follow when doing any type of research or experimentation. This is also applicable to cybersecurity specialists who have their own rules and conducts that they follow in order to maintain and execute their job efficiently. This is identified as the framework that specialists use, and framework is the principles and guidelines that cyber security specialists use to help complete their job effectively and efficiently. It can be useful by allowing beginner cybersecurity people (such as myself) to understand easily just what a cyber security specialist partially does in the 5 core functions of the NIST cybersecurity framework.  It can also be useful by allowing a cybersecurity specialist to fall back on these guidelines and use them whenever a problem arises. To understand exactly what the framework of a cybersecurity specialist is we must first understand what the 5 core functions are and why they are important to help fix and maintain a problem that occurs and also how we should implement something else so that problem does not occur again.
