Leadership

 

  • During my leadership I became a mentor. This allowed me to motivate others who were struggling adapting to college. 
  • While showing leadership, this allowed others to become comfortable with me. For example, while doing a group project, I lead the group. This allowed us to get an A because of my leadership skills and organizational skills. Each person had a task to do. Once completed, we all shared our work on a good doc. While doing things that showed leadership, such as stuffing book bags, this set an example for the younger generation to be a role model and help impact others in a positive way.  
  • A skill that I developed is influencing others in a positive way.
  • This will relate to my future goals by having the ability to lead groups and direct others to succeed in areas where they may struggle.
