              The company culture has its pros and cons. On the one hand, you\u2019re working with at-risk youth and able to make a difference in their lives. Also, the job provides great security and benefits. On the other hand, the points driven system and paper push have led to burnout for some employees. Overall, the environment and clean, comfortable, and diverse, which may be ideal for many candidates.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              A soft skill needed that is not necessarily stated is recent best policy, procedures, and practices knowledge. The job states that the individual will be conducting awareness training, vulnerability management, and compliance reporting. All these tasks require the acknowledgment of the best policies and practices in place and reviewed by well-known organizations.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              A problem that could occur for someone when working on this job could be uncomfortable around at-risk juvenile individuals. Some people may not be used to the personalities in an environment as such and may not thrive when put in uncomfortable scenarios.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              I do believe my portfolio meets the requirements for this job advertisement. The only thing I\u2019m missing is the job experience itself, that\u2019s required for this specific position.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

              An overall takeaway from this job advertisement is just the wide variety of jobs available in this field. Cybersecurity truly does impact almost every field of work, which in return provides a lot of opportunities.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
