The objectives of this course will help me in the future when it comes to my profession. In the future I would like to become a Pediatric Physician Assistant. Social psychology is based on behavior which involves understanding each other, attitudes, discrimination and more. All things that will come in handy later on in life. I do not have big expectations for this course except that I learn from it and it stays with me for the rest of my life. I hope to gain knowledge of how to not only interact with others but also hopefully better understand them as well. I believe, keeping up with due dates and notes will help me succeed in this course.

I used this image to represent the opposites attract topic. This image showcases an example of opposites attracting. It represents protons and electrons. Protons are positively charged and electrons are negatively charged which makes them opposite but yet they still attract.

Blog 3

Music is the basis to a lot of things and relationships are one of them. Not all my friends listen to the exact same music but there are some overlaps. I even brought my best friend to see Drake in concert with me in Washington, DC. Even though there are some subjects in music that my friends and I do not agree, we still have a lot of similarities. Being that they are my friends, I do like to believe that we share values and ideals. We all are chasing different goals/dreams but we still all have our head on straight and support each other. My list of six songs that I associate with people in my life are: Outstanding by The Gap Band, Livin Wild by Gunna, Say What’s Real by Drake, Tuned in Freestyle by Megan Thee Stallion, Over My Dead Body by Drake and 2019 by Rod Wave. Outstanding is a song I would dedicate to someone if I was in a relationship. It discusses how somebody is always on their mind and the light of their life. Livin Wild is a song I play with my friends that brings us joy. Say What’s Real is more dedicated to my bestfriend. We love Drake and that is one of the songs we love to listen to together. Tuned in Freestyle is a song me and my girl friends love to hear at a party. It is one of those songs that gets us up on our feet. Over My Dead Body by Drake brings back memories of my late brother. Even though a sad memory is associated with it, I still believe it keeps his memory alive with me. The last song mentioned was 2019, it is more so for me to reflect on my life and what has changed for the better.

Blog 4

I did better than I thought I would on this exam. I was happy with the grade I received and I felt that it was well deserved. Every module is accompanied by a powerpoint and I studied each of those to help me prepare for this exam. I made my own notes based upon them so they would help me better comprehend. I did not do the review sheet this time because I did not have time to do it. I do plan on doing it for the next exam though. I also did the jeopardy activities that accompanied the modules. I focused more son those as it got closer to the exam. This feedback strategy will help me in the future because it helps me reflect on what I did wrong, what I did right and should hopefully show me what works and what doesn’t.
