Recreational center yoga class<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location: Rec center<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description: Various stretches were performed or done in the yoga class, such as warrior, pigeon, and mountain pose. This class is to help release mental and physical stress on the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description: The Filipino American Society Association (FASA) holds a meeting going over information about the club. Additionally, the members talk about themselves and future club events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Global Food Fest<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Location: Broderick Dining Commons<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description: At the Global Food Fest, there were various foods from different cultures that people can freely taste. There were also tables with activities such as word search and identifying the spice in a jar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description: For the Odusga Paint Night, students can freely paint everything on a small white canvas. The Odusga provided students with supplies like the acrylic paint and the brushes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description: At the FASA Karaoke Night, club members sang songs ranging from different genres. This event brought club members together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description: In the Lecture about Insect Evolution, there was a guest speaker speaking about the gradual evolution of insects. Furthermore, the guest speaker spoke about the importance of insects in the world. Also, the speaker answered questions regarding insects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description: For the Filipino Dessert Night, the members explain how two Filipino desserts, Halo Halo and Mais Con Yelo, were made. Also, people attending were able to try the Filipino dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description: In the Japanese American Society Association\u2019s (JASA) Mid-autumn Festival, there were many traditional performances involving dancing and instruments. Additionally, there were activities such as lantern crafting and water color painting to explore Asian culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dream Catcher Workshop<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description: The Dream Catcher Workshop allowed students to create their own Dream Catcher. While making the Dream Catcher videos revealed the reason for the creation of Dream Catchers in the Native American heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
