I plan to use my degree to go into the animal medical field as a shelter manager. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having family pets growing up, I knew that I wanted to work with animals for my career. From my 200+ hours of animal volunteer work, to getting hired as an animal care technician, I have proved to myself that I am heading in the right direction towards my professional goal. The highlight of my career has been watching my workplace grow- not only as a team, but also by an entire shelter renovation.
