I would personally split that budget 70\/30, 70% more\u00a0money on tools, and 30% on training. The reason\u00a0I\u2019d\u00a0put more resources towards cyber security\u00a0technology\u00a0is because people mess up, and tools\u00a0don\u2019t\u00a0get tired or forget. A person can miss\u00a0something, but tools can catch a mistake instantly.\u00a0Training is also important though that is why\u00a030% of the budget would still go towards training, because of course better training just overall\u00a0helps avoid mistakes\u00a0as a whole that\u00a0therefore the cyber security technology\u00a0wouldn\u2019t\u00a0even be\u00a0needed at all.\u00a0Overall, though, I just expect people to make mistakes and so cyber security\u00a0technology being a priority will always be there ready for those mistakes that WILL occur so that\u00a0is\u00a0why my budget would mostly go towards cyber security technology.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If I was Chief Information Security Officer and had a limited budget between the tradeoff of\u00a0training,\u00a0and cyber security technology.
