Timeline
I have contacted Ms. Harrison, and I will be starting my evaluation on the 27th of March. We will start with an orientation time, and figure out how we want to go about the evaluation. Each week I will meet at Strawbridge Elementary school, and proceed with my evaluation. I will start with my interviews of the counselors. I want to interview all three of them in order to get a better picture of what their school counseling services are like. Once I have this finished by week two, I will be giving the surveys to the students. This will allow me to understand how they are feeling with the services offered. I will evaluate these in comparison to the interviews I had with the counselors themselves. I have let Ms. Harrison know about my plans and how much time I will need each day there. I told her I would need to spend around three hours there for ample amount of time to learn what they are about. I told her I would need some of her time throughout those three hours I’m there to understand exactly how things work. It will take me around two weeks to collect all my data, and have time to evaluate the information I receive.
