My declared major is exercise science. I’ve always wanted to become an athletic trainer or physical therapist professionally in jobs such as working with the NBA or NFL. There will be a lot of hard work and dedication I will have to put forth effort to get where I want to be. My major requires many sciences such as biology 1 and 2, chemistry 1 and 2, physics 1 and 2 and, anatomy 1 and 2. My major requires some math too. Because a physical therapist is a doctor now, I have to go to medical school and obtain a doctorate degree. I don’t plan on changing my major because I’ve always wanted to work with people to help them recover. Some advice that I have for students is never to feel rushed about being undecided.
