Hello, my name is Joseph Hicks and this is my ePortfolio. I am a cybersecurity major and want to enter the cybersecurity workforce as soon as I graduate. I want to graduate with a GPA higher than 3.0 and finish school as quickly as possible. I hope this time I am attending ODU I will meet new people and make bonds with people in my similar career path. I usually spend my time finishing my school work and studying for the most part. I go to the gym, but I am not very consistent. I am proud of myself for getting where I am right now because growing up I never thought going to college would be an option for me and now I am here. My father was always a big important person to me because he showed me what it was like to be a real man. My mother showed me that no matter what obstacle is in my way I can handle it. As for hobbies, I like to watch and play sports, specifically basketball and football.
