The intended major I am pursuing here at Old Dominion University is nursing. I chose this major as I want a career that can directly interact with people and provide care, making a difference for humanity. I love being able to interact with people from various backgrounds, and I hope to be able to treat and be a pillar of comfort for those who are riddled with anxieties concerning the medical field. I currently do not have any experience relating to nursing just yet; however, I hope to change that before the start of my sophomore year.
