Cybersecurity Internship

For my internship class, I chose to gain practical, hands-on experience by working at the ODU ITS Help Desk. This opportunity allowed me to apply the knowledge I have gained throughout my studies and further develop my technical and customer service skills. Below, I have included both my reflections on the internship experience and my final paper, which provides a comprehensive overview of the tasks I undertook, the challenges I faced, and the valuable lessons I learned during my time at the help desk.
