My research interest area is in studying whether online instruction would become an effective method of delivering oral health instructions (OHI) to adolescents compared to in-person education. Dental disease, particularly dental caries continues to remain a public health problem among adolescents even after decades of public health promotion programs. My future study will look forward to identifying an alternative innovative method to deliver oral to adolescents. Studies will mainly target adolescents aged 16-19 years old. The alternative innovative method aims to improve adolescents’ oral hygiene knowledge, which could help build a good foundation for reducing the prevalence of dental caries among adolescents.
