My Entrepreneurship course details:
My Entrepreneurship and Public Relations course enhanced my personal and professional development through a partnership with ODU’s Office of Strategic Communication and Marketing Department. Throughout this course, my peers and I worked individually and in teams to fulfill social media, PR, and marketing needs for the University.
During my COMM 494: Entrepreneurship and Public Relations course, I exercised the following skills:
- Conducted public relations work for the Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing Department
- Planned and developed promotional material for the Barry Art Museum membership drive
- Created press releases, social media posts, and newsletters
- Made connections with public relation professionals
