Personally, out of the items in the scale the only one that I fit into was number 8. Sometimes social media can be a good way to get out of a bad mood by watching funny videos or something similar. The rest of the criteria were interesting but I do not believe that I would fit into them. Especially number 1 was interesting to me and shows that social media can cause serious problems in an irresponsible users life. I believe that different patterns can be found across the world due to the different regulations on social media from country to country. In certain countries there can be social media bans or only a certain amount of time allowed daily in contrast to the overall free experience that we see in the United States. Overall, the link between social media and cybersecurity is substantial and will continue to grow as time passes.
