Welcome! I\u2019m a retired U.S. Coast Guard professional currently completing my Bachelor\u2019s degree in Cybersecurity, with a passion for technology, digital transformation, and helping people and businesses work smarter and more securely.<\/p>\n

My background in the Coast Guard shaped my approach to problem-solving, leadership, accountability, and adapting to changing environments. Today, I\u2019m applying those same principles to the world of cybersecurity, digital modernization, automation, and emerging technology.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m particularly interested in prompt engineering, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital modernization, and productivity tools. I enjoy exploring how technology can simplify complex processes, improve efficiency, strengthen security, and create better experiences for both businesses and their customers.<\/p>\n

Outside of cybersecurity, I\u2019m also a small-business owner. I maintain two Shopify stores and am developing productivity applications designed to help businesses and individual users become more organized, efficient, and successful. Building and managing these projects gives me a practical perspective on the challenges small businesses face when adopting and securing modern technology.<\/p>\n

When I\u2019m not studying, building, or experimenting with technology, you\u2019ll probably find me spending time with my dog. I\u2019m a lifelong dog lover, and they provide a welcome reminder that sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to step away from the screen for a while.<\/p>\n

This site is where I share what I\u2019m learning, exploring, and building as I continue my journey in cybersecurity and technology.<\/p>\n
