This course involved many opportunities to test our communication skills. For example, Talk Abroad, engaging in conversations with the professor, and breakout rooms with our classmates.

As I previously stated, speaking and listening activities are not my strong suit. In class, participation and engagement is key. Conversing with the professor and my classmates always made me nervous because my strengths and weaknesses were being displayed.

Interacting with the professor and my classmates multiple times a week helped me improve my pronunciation and sentence structure.
