The NIST Cybersecurity Framework offers many benefits for companies to use. The reason I believe this is that it’s easy to understand the Framework, and you can use it to your advantage. The Framework also allows for companies to prioritize protocols that will improve their network security. As well can show what assets are at risk prevent them to be attacked and protect them before it happens. Essentially this can be used as a risk management protocol. This Framework is very flexible which is the biggest benefit if I were to use it in my future workplace. What I would do in my workplace is apply this framework in different tiers to determine the optimal levels of risk management in the company.
