Graduated from James Madison University with magna cum laude honors in December of 2019.

Awarded the Legislative Liaison of the Year Award from the National Student Speech-Language Hearing Association in May of 2019. This award is given to one outstanding undergraduate or graduate NSSLHA student who engages in advocacy efforts at the local, state, and/or federal levels. I was recognized for organizing a nationwide letter writing campaign in support of the Audiology Patient Choice Act (S. 2575), resulting in over 4,200 letters sent to state legislators
