Stonewall Sports Norfolk what is my role?

The League was founded in Aug 2018, as a founding member I served as the sports director. Fast forward to 2022/2023 I now serve as the Commissioner.

Roles:

1.In charge of running the league and managing all subordinate officers.

2.Set the overall agenda and goals of the league each year.

3.Official legal representative of the league and sign all permits, contracts, and other binding notes.

4.Final authority on all league business and matters and serve for 3 fiscal years.

5. We help the community with community outreach, we volunteer and help the Virginia Beach Department of Public Health with the vaccine clinic back in Aug at The Wave Night club, while also having a representative from the Public Health center come to speak at our events about monkeypox.

🗝 2011-2022 Medical Operations Leader: Nearly a decade of expertise directing various operational aspects of large medical and dental treatment facilities and leading sizeable clinical and administrative teams to efficiently provide medical and administrative services to high volumes of patients. Proactively analyzes, identifies, and implements cost saving systems and functional improvements and enforces compliance while maximizing capabilities and resources to guarantee favorable outcomes.

👉 Spearheaded the development and introduction of clinic recycling program in 2017; partnered with Stryker Sustainability to eliminate waste of SPO2 probes, saving the clinic $11,900 to date

👉 Instrumental in implementation of new electronic incident command system; ensured 100% accountability of 64 staff members, performing quarterly testing, and reporting all incidents

👉 Played a key role in the development of sailors by supervising and coordinating over 100 hours of departmental advancement training
