This is a fascinating field.  The most interesting areas to focus on would definitely be Provisioning where the Research and Development prototypes are made because dreaming up a concept and then making that concept a reality that works and operates in a way that is successful would be amazing. Protect and Defend also sounds like fun since that is identifying breaches or other incidents as they are happening in real time and being able to respond to the situation. Things like ransomware and what can be done to mitigate both small and large threats as they are happening is like a game of chess, can I outwit my opponent?  I think these all sound really interesting, the least interesting being Collections. I feel like just collecting data and making it into spreadsheets or graphs is not as interesting as actually creating the software or building the defense framework necessary.
