My response to this article on social cybersecurity is that It is accurate, information warfare is extremely important and something we need to take precautions with.\u00a0 It specifically identifies how Russia has maneuvered their former types of warfare into the cyber world. \u00a0In today\u2019s day and age, the decentralization of information has also diluted the integrity of that information overall.\u00a0 In order to effectively combat this, our government must promote trusted sources and indeed themselves be a trusted source.\u00a0 While they have tried to do this by adding emerging bills to the law, and by instituting the use of the \u201c.gov\u201d site term to guarantee the site\u2019s validity, it is still difficult to defend against the constant onslaught of both propaganda and also of cyber attacks on all levels, starting with user level and false information at that level.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
