Since becoming a civilian I have not received any awards. While serving in the military I received three Navy and Marine Corp Accommodation Medals. One for saving a choking victim. The second for leading the ships onload and offload of weapons with no mishaps or errors in storage. The third for a job well done serving honorably.  

I suppose every mother deserves recognition for bearing a child. So, there’s that!
