My portfolio will take you through the process I completed in order to evaluate the “Opportunities Unlimited” program at Colonial Behavioral Health in Williamsburg, VA.

The purpose of this portfolio is to provide the reader and stakeholders an understanding of how the findings were obtained.

Colonial Behavioral Health was the only agency evaluated, where their “Opportunities Unlimited,” a day support program for adults with development disabilities, was the program that was of focus during the evaluation.
