Small Engine Repair 

 

Reflection: This is important because it can help highlight skills in my eportfolio. One of my favorite hobbies is small engine repair. This relates to my eportfolio because it helps to show extracurricular activities apart from school and employment. Using the Contiguity principle helps me to best place text and pictures together in a way that is seamless and easy to understand. This principle states that it is important to place text near graphics, which is what I did here in this remix. Doing it this way allows me to show exact points and details without the reader getting lost and confused. Also, it helps to keep it more organized.

STEPS IRP Model (Applying Interdisciplinary Research)

Reflection: This item follows the redundancy principle, which can aid viewers in understanding the content. This principle adds visual imagery to the assignment to better help explain the different steps of the IRP model for interdisciplinary studies, and it also highlights key points throughout the process. This is important because it shows the flow of information through various steps. This is most definitely applicable to the real world. Also, this furthers the purpose of my eportfolio by showing an understanding of processes, and the steps that make up a process.
