Me at the Cyber OPS

I loved Cyber OPS it was amazing. Everything that we did in that place was just all surreal.

My favorite of the conference was when the speakers spoke about their companies. I
loved the information that was given by them and wished they explained even deeper if
they had the time too. The second speaker had a lot more to say but was short on time
and ran out. Ivanti sounded like great company. The most challenging CTF’s questions
were the networking and coding. CTF’s are not fun, but they must be done. I personally
did not enjoy them and wish we didn’t have to do CTF’s in Cybersecurity. The first
speaker really broke me about how Cybersecurity is a failing degree and is falling apart
and is not needed anymore unless you are doing Artificial Intelligence. The first speaker
was more of a doomsayer. I’m not so optimistic about this degree and will switch my
major after this semester to Computer Science. The second speaker was great and told
us everything we needed to know and even some things I did not know. Overall, the
Cyberops rating is a B. It was great, but could be better.
