We all use technology which helps a lot in everything we do. It makes it so much easier to do things these days. Have you thought of how it would be like if there was no technology? Technology plays a very big role in the world of today. When it comes to cyber security, it is defined as the use of techniques or skills to protect data, networks and systems from any attack. There are vast varieties of jobs when it comes to cyber security due to the fact that everyone and almost everything made in the world uses technology. After reading through the article, some disciplines that represent the 50 jobs being presented is management of privacy protection, risk management, security training and analysis of data. The two cyber security jobs reviewed which seemed really interesting are, cyber security consultant and Data recovery Specialist.
Cyber security consultant is someone out of the team who gives advice or advices the team on evrything concerning the cybersecurity job to help with beter improvement. With that being said they play a very big role when it comes to their task in the cyber security job. According to Terra, Cyber security consultants mostly get hired by a client instead of working for one company. They mostly help with advising, planning research and integrating issues for IT projects management (2016).
Data Recovery Specialist deals with the recovery of hacked data from digital devices according to Morgan (2021). They mostly manage organization’s data backups and recover storage devices that are lost or damaged.
It was surprising that there were different names for all the jobs. It keeps going and it never stops. Almost everything that deals with technology has its own cybersecurity jobs name. Cyber security does not just deal with technology, it also deals with how people interacts and how things work.
