I hypothesize that cyberbullying has a negative impact and enhances psychological stress on female employees. This topic relates to any aspect of social sciences such as gender issues, mental health, and social dilemmas within the workplace. This is seen through the comparison between the way women and men are treated within the workplace and how women are targeted throughout Saudi Arabian organizations. The data primarily comes from pre-existing measurement questions, psychological stress measurements, and measuring job satisfaction. Concepts discussed in class relate to this journal article such as measuring psychological aspects about female employees, careers in general, and human behavior. Within the Journal it is said that the psychological stress of female employees is associated with workplace cyberbullying as females are seen to be more vulnerable to being a target. I will mention that this journal article is only pulling information within the context of Saudi Arabia adding a societal aspect to the results of these findings. Within the research, they were researching marginalized groups such as Saudi Arabian Females who face barriers such as fewer rights and freedoms than men, segregation, and less education. This is an extremely persecuted group which I have many concerns about and the challenges they face within their society and workplace. These findings within this study can effectively change the societal norms of women being a target for cyberbullying. This also can affect job satisfaction within these Saudi Arabian organizations and provide a sample size to the Middle East and even the world.
