Prior to this year, the last French class that I took was before Covid-19, and while there were a lot of things that I remembered and kept in mind, there were also a lot of things that I needed to touch up on in order to retain the things that I had learned through high school. I was introduced to new things that related to the language and culture, and I learned more about the world through the different cultural norms that were presented in the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course really helped through the different methods and strategies of practicing the content. Through various applications such as TalkAbroad and ImmerseMe, I was able to not only experience the language through assignments, but I was also provided a realistic, immersive experience that helped increase my engagement with the material. I am absolutely grateful for taking the courses that I took, and I am interested in looking forward to learning more about French culture. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the reflection, fill out this Google Form.
