Homo Sapiens or, as they refer to themselves, Humans of planet Earth are to be left alone at all costs. At first glance they show a fearsome knack for violence and destruction. The whole of their known history is filled with conflict between their own people based off almost purely biases. They have killed countless of each other due to difference in skin pigmentation, belief in supernatural deities, exchanging of wealth, vague philosophies, and even the changing of one’s mate to another male. The planetary society as a whole has sought to gather together to form governments of sorts to help protect different regions against these wars. However, the Humans lack a single unified ideology or organization. This leads to on going conflict of varying levels.

Initial research teams have dubbed the planet as hostile and hazardous. After only brief weeks of observation most teams have concurred with this finding and determined contact with planet Earth to be more costly than beneficial. This report leads to the same outcome; that planet Earth should be left alone. However, new findings suggest different reasoning.

The Humans are fully capable of wiping out their own species and devote a vast amount of technological advancement to that of warfare. They even seem to ignore much of their planet’s needs and move to industrialize at the cost of their own environment. All of this is what leads researchers to fear the Humans, but this information is vastly misleading. The average Human, as with many of our own species, is highly prone to corruption and selfishness directly correlating to the escalation of their own personal power amongst others. The inhabitants of Earth are not warmongers or environmental deviants. Their commanders, or governmental representatives, are.

New in-depth studies of the average human household and social behaviors has found something astounding. While their history is paved with violence and self-serving ideologies, the individual is a warm and welcoming creature. Humans are a social species and as such they will form bonds with nearly any other member of their kind given the right circumstances. They even commonly form bonds with members of completely other species, not related to themselves in the slightest. These bonds come in many different styles but almost always have both or all parties doing their best to serve the other members of said bond.

These bonds are so strong that humans have been known to sacrifice their own well-being and, in a surprising amount of cases, their own lives to assist the other. They will ignore obvious signs that they are in danger or only doing themselves harm should it benefit their partner, be it a romantic mate or friendship between the same gender or opposing genders. To the outsider, the human may come across as hostile or non-friendly, however should the human develop a bond, and given enough time humans always do, it will become infatuated with its bonding partner and seek to be the absolute opposition to its original hostility.

Humans will form bonds with any and all creatures. Humans refuse to be alone. They commonly form voluntary bonds with canine and feline creatures of their home world. Upon these bonds they take full responsibility of feeding, grooming, exercising, and entertaining their companion. They simply wish the other party to be present. The mere presence of creatures they cannot communicate with or directly control is still sufficient even though the human logically gains nothing from these bonds. Their desire to socialize and form bonds far outweighs all else the human race is capable of doing. In not-so-rare cases humans have even formed bonds with inanimate objects or flora which truly offers no socialization in return.

It is frightening, but so much more intriguing, the humans’ ability to bond. It exceeds anything we have before witnessed. Across their globe they almost exclusively refer to these bonds as ‘love,’ and these humans love more intensely and more readily than any other file case in our archives.

It is the formal recommendation of these studies that the planet Earth be left without our contact, but also placed under our protection. Initially, it is believed, that they would show hostility towards any outreach. However, as stated earlier, given enough time they will bond with any who contact them and then you will have upset their natural order for they will put themselves in harms way to no end to exemplify their bond and call it love. This is an act so rare and subjectively pure that it should be protected at all costs. To lose humanity would be a great waste to all the universe’s resources, for the human race fights with all intensity, but it loves tenfold that.
