In Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, there are 4 levels. The first and second is dedicated to the basic physiological and security needs of an individual, the third and fourth concern the health of the self through the assurance of family and friends and self esteem. The final step of the pyramid concerns the individual achieving the things they mostly dream of, whether that being a trade or ability to do something. When using the pyramid for computers in general, I think the first level involves having the computer set up to the internet in the first place alongside installing applications and utilities. The second level involves creating safe passwords and ensuring that as little personal information is used as much as possible. The third and fourth can involve finding online communities with the same interests as you and creating a name for yourself in these communities whether it be a forum or twitter. The final level involves you honing a craft enough to post content made by you wherever you decide to set up shop in.
