Reflection 2

Reflection 2

My second week of my internship we had got introduced to our instructor for our every other week class going over the modules for the internship. So my Daily schedule during the week would be I would have a morning meeting with my manager at like 9 am and when I would wake up I would finish work or tasks that we would be assigned before the class started at 11am. The class lasted until 7pm in the afternoon. We would go over the module we were learning this week and at midday at 2 we would go on a quick 30 minute break and by time we got back we would start going over our labs and breaking off to complete them then join right back. We had learned about the different services and how to work and move through the amazon cloud network. This first week they had to focus on learning Ec2 instances and how to launch it.

An Amazon EC2 instance is a virtual server in Amazon’s Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) for running applications on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. There are four different types of instances AWS provides four main options to purchase Amazon EC2 Instances. They are On-Demand Instances, Reserved Instances, Spot Instances, and Savings Plans. In the AWS cloud, EC2 offers scalable computing capability. By utilizing it, businesses may create and roll out applications more quickly without having to make an upfront hardware investment. From a user-friendly interface, users may launch virtual servers, set networking and security parameters, and manage cookies.
