Reflection 3

My third week of my internship I went into the office to work from there. Because I am a hybrid employee I had the option to work from home or work. I chose to go into the office every other week the days I do not have class from 11-7, cause during the class you just virtually learn from your computer all day so it was no point of going into the office. I had to drive to Herndon, Virginia To the office and as I was coming in I had to stop by security and get my card made that grants me access to the building whenever I’m there. We just had meetings and extra little labs and training videos and questions we had to complete. Also we had time set to where we would shadow the actual cloud support engineers who were there working in the office or some days we will watch someone from our computers and they are sharing their screens going over the proper way to solve actual real customer issues. The engineers were very nice and helped out in our labs. During lunch our manager would order us pizza or whatever we asked for and we would be in the office playing pool or ping pong during our lunch hours. Overall it was a cool week to be in the office. I had a chance to do some group work with the interns in person and learn more information and got help from my peers.
