In this project, our focus was on the production of ice cream, with a particular emphasis on its relevance to fluid mechanics. A key aspect of our exploration involved discussing the concept of viscosity, which pertains to the resistance of a material to flow. By examining the viscosity of various ingredients and their impact on the final product, we sought to deepen our understanding of the fluid mechanics involved in the creation of ice cream.
