Tony DiSilvestro is cofounder of Ynot Pizza and Italian Cuisine (1993) who started out as a little kid in his mother’s kitchen and admired his grandfather for the amazing sauce he would make every week. Tony worked at 25 different restaurants from the age of fifteen, where he took tips, knowledge, and advice from many cooks and ultimately created his own signature marinara sauce. Tony stresses the fact that self-discipline is key. Whether you start out with a large amount of money or a small amount, anyone can reach their goal if they work hard enough for it.
