The supply chain works with Operations to make sure both materials and<br \/>products go where they belong. Tech support is under IT and helps when<br \/>systems or devices are not functioning properly.<br \/>3. Where does IT \u201cfit\u201d in an organization-<br \/>IT is their own department because it supports the whole business. Other<br \/>departments often depend on IT because without a good working system there is<br \/>no business. IT is more essential when it comes to business.<br \/>4. What are the Roles &amp; Responsibilities w\/in IT? \u2013<br \/>IT has multiple teams doing different things. Some are focused on security,<br \/>building systems or apps, managing networks and data, and some handling<br \/>testing and reports. Everyone works together to keep everything dealing with<br \/>technology up and running.<br \/>5. How should IT itself be organized? &#8211;<br \/>IT should have a clear understanding of what everyone should be doing in their<br \/>department. It should be one person at the top that runs the whole thing, so if<br \/>anyone has questions, they know who to go to for answers. Then it should be<br \/>split into little groups so they can focus on their own individual problems like<br \/>hackers and stuff like that.
