Development of cyber-policy and infrastructure should be dealt and work with whatever is given. Given the wide range of functionality, ability, and availability cyber technology has implications that needs a “worst-case” scenario assumption. A strict approach to policy making infrastructure is necessary to build a fitting regulation for cyber resources. This will allow an efficient implementation of the policies and create an improvement on future cyber- infrastructure. The approach needs to be assumed that all problems, threats, and risks are always around the corner waiting for any detected vulnerability or whole that can be accessed to compromise data and information. There is an abundant of information about all types of threats and scenarios of attacks that can easily done by many skilled enough to implement such threats, and starting the study and prevention of harmful threats is a good step to start with. From there on, although the cyber space is volatile, future potential policy and infrastructure can be created. Everything is connected, such that similar to a nervous system, where anything from and through cyber space is in cyber space. Therefore, prediction of future implication may be difficult but working from previous altercation or occurrence involving any cyber relations can be learned from and improved by making better and more secured cyber system.
