I served for 4 years before journeying out on my own to sunny Southern California, and then somehow managed to find my way back to Hampton Roads after several years. Utilizing my Post-9\/11 GI Bill education benefits, I enrolled at ODU at 27 years old to pursue a degree and career in Cybersecurity.
