Describe 3 ways that computers have made the world safer and less safe.  There are plenty of reasons for both on how computers make the world safer and less safe.  Let us start off with how they make the world safer.  Computers have made it so that when you put some confidential information like card information it will keep it safe incase you forget it; however, it will still want to know something just in case so it knows that you are not trying to steal someone else’s information.  Secondly, they make military defense a lot easier.  Artificial intelligence can detect almost any type of attack.  Artificial intelligence or A.I. is pretty much a system that can detect problems much faster and deal with them more effectively than a real person can do.  Artificial intelligence uses pretty much every single network at its disposal to fend off any type of attack that it can.  There are also self-driving cars now that can automatically brake if something comes within it’s sensors.  This can pretty much decline the number of accidents that happen on any given day.  Now onto how technology does not make us safe.  And the biggest way it does not keep us safe is by blurring the lines of privacy.  As I have said before, once you put something out there, even by accident,  it will always be there no matter if you delete it or not.  That ties in with the ethical issues of privacy because really no information is private that is on the internet.  Another problem is that we can rely on computers too much.  Once your internet is out or it just is not working, a lot of people have no idea what to do afterwards.  Lastly, another problem is that it is easy to get information.  A skilled hacker can get possibly get into government files and use those documents against the United States.
