  • Helped streamline repair processes and update procedures for support action consistency.
  • Diagnosed and troubleshot hardware, software and network issues.

  • Tested new software and hardware prior to deployment. Being cameras around ODU campus and doors.
  • Configured hardware, devices, and software to set up workstations for around 100 plus employees.
  • Responded to customer inquiries and provided technical assistance over phone and in person.
  • Worked with vendors and shadowed my supervisors in walk throughs and provided input on the best course of action for installs.
  • Worked on diagrams to determine where cameras should be placed for best possible views.
  • Installed and programmed over 200 cameras to our servers and I make sure to keep them maintained. I have also installed and programmed electronic locks and panic buttons all over campus. After we install them, we then need to coordinate with the door owner about who will have access to said door then we grant and takeaway access at the owner’s request.
